At Age 2

Adrianne had her first kitchen (as a toy). She never played with dolls or normal toys.   Adrianne played with her toy kitchen and toy appliances.


At Age 7

Adrianne’s interest in different cuisines began to blossom. While other children were eating chicken nuggets or peanut butter and jelly, Adrianne
would have Pad Thai or Veal Scallopini.


At Age 12

Adrianne took her first cooking class in middle school. It was the emptiest class in the whole school on the farthest side. She remained
enthusiastic.
She began her first business – baking giant chocolate chip cookies from home and selling them at school for $0.50 each. She was making
$200/week making her the most lucrative kid in school. (until she got caught…)


At Age 14

Adrianne is chosen to be news anchor for her school and brings cooking ideas and recipes to the morning news. Her daily news caught the eyes
of the local stations and they came to film her segment at the school.
Adrianne started a cooking club where members shared their family’s famous dishes
Adrianne decides to become a professional chef
She wins many local cooking competitions


At Age 16

Adrianne is voted top ten up and coming chefs in the state of Florida
Adrianne becomes President of FCCLA Food Service Chapter making her the youngest president in the entire association


At Age 17

Adrianne  is voted top ten up and coming chefs in the United States (national)
Adrianne competes in a National Pastry Competition, without having any training and gets the Bronze


AT Age 18-19

Adrianne enters Johnson and Wales University and begins to wow the teachers, receiving A+’s in even the most difficult classes
Adrianne enters Taste Down Under (state competition) and it takes her to cook at the United Nations in New York City
Adrianne wins “Search for the Seasoned Chef”- Tasters search the whole country to see whose cuisine is the most flavorful
Adrianne gets the silver medal in the National Maple Leaf Recipe Contest
Adrianne gets the gold in a high speed cooking competition against all the well known culinary schools  “Culinary Proficiency Events”
Adrianne opens her exclusive catering company “Indulgence, Passion, and Spice”
Adrianne stays after hours to be trained by her mentor, Christoph Wagner – a certified German Master Chef



At Age 20-21


Adrianne becomes the youngest chef to work at a luxury five diamond establishment that usually requires about ten years of experience
Adrianne competes in Taste Down Under (National) and beats the Culinary Olympians from Germany and the Instructors
Adrianne is invited to cook at the United Nations once again, among the distinguished guests were CNN correspondents, Gourmet Magazine,
Saveur Magazine, producers from Food Network, and representatives from the James Beard House
Adrianne becomes the first female chef to make the front page (1A) of a major newspaper
Graduates top of the class with honors from Johnson and Wales University
Adrianne becomes the captain of the American Culinary Federation Competition Team making her the youngest member, and youngest captain
Adrianne begins to compose MAXIMUM FLAVOR, her first cookbook between California, New York, and Miami
Adrianne creates her line of culinary products, Maximum Flavor Essentials



Adrianne produces Maximum Flavor Live, an interactive live cooking show with music, dancing, and tastings – books and products sell out in 1
hour
Adrianne meets with her favorite chef, Thomas Keller at his famous restaurant and asks his advice
Adrianne begins to cook for celebrities such as Will Smith, John Travolta, P. Diddy, Major League Baseball and many more
Adrianne co-hosts Food Talk with celebrity chef Rocco Dispirito and he calls her “a phenomenon”
Adrianne speaks at schools all over the country inspiring “Young America”
Adrianne wins top five in America in a recipe contest sponsored by Crock-Pot    

At Age 22

Adrianne opens Maximum Flavor Productions, Inc. – her very own television production company where she develops cutting edge cooking
shows with a twist
Adrianne starts “Young Chefs Cooking for a Cure” to help raise funds for cancer research
Adrianne appears regularly on NBC, national radio, and is the first and youngest chef to cross over to the largest Hispanic network, Univision
Adrianne is featured on the Montel Williams Show for “Living the Dream”
